【ポジション】大阪【CADオペレーター/顧客問合せ対応】50年以上黒字経営・平均残業20時間/月【配属部署】工事サービス部 部品課
4名：部長、メンバー3名(落ち着いた雰囲気で仲良く仕事しています)
＜業務内容＞
顧客サービス部門にて、製品問い合わせ対応をご担当。
社内での電話対応及びPC作業がメイン業務。顧客や営業部門からの問合せを受け、
担当部署への引き継ぎや、簡単な図面編集をお願いします。

故障問合せからの修理手配/製品使用方法の指導/製品製造の依頼
を受けて過去データから図面の特定、CADによる細かい編集作業など。

想定年収 294万円～413万円
※上記年収には平均残業20時間分の残業代(29,000円～40,700円/月)が含まれています。
※残業代は時間に応じて全額支給です。
【年収事例】25歳
入社3年：380万円、31歳 入社7年：420万円、35歳 入社8年：480万円 ※残業代含む
賞与：有（年2回）、昇給：年1回、交通費

Job Description
Responsible for product inquiry in customer service department.
Main business is in-house telephone support and PC work. In response to inquiries from customers and sales departments, please hand over to the department in charge and make simple drawing edits.
■ Repair arrangements from detailed failure inquiries / Guide on how to use the product /
Receiving a request for product manufacturing , identifying drawings from past data, and detailed editing work using CAD.
■ Products Industrial measuring instruments (scales). It is a business with a history of about 90 years and is an infrastructure that is required for all industries. Our company boasts the top share in Japan and has been operating stably for over 50 years.
