Job Description

We will focus on materials and additives in the health foods and supplements field. Clients are mainly health food and supplement manufacturers. Procures merchandise from overseas and delivers it to domestic manufacturers. We deepen trust with overseas suppliers and sell raw materials searched from all over the world to domestic clients. 

[Specifically] 

・ Propose raw materials, uses, market trends, etc. to domestic manufacturers 

・ Develop domestic and overseas suppliers according to needs 

・ Negotiate with domestic manufacturers and suppliers 

・ Import / export of raw materials, sales, quotations, contracts such as the creation without regard only to existing commercial materials, find a state-of-the-art sprout from home and abroad, can be going to propose to, such as the development department of the manufacturer is the best part of this job. The individual discretion is great and the willingness to challenge new fields is also welcome.

– 50 to 60 percent: Ho Far Research, Inc. (. Switzerland products pycnogenol), 20 to 30 percent; downy Neosha (. Belgium products dietary fiber oligosaccharides Etc.) 

– 10-20%; Other supplement suppliers overseas 

[About customers in charge] 

– 30-40%; Pycnogenol sales for health food and supplement manufacturers

– 20-30%: General food (dairy and confectionery) manufacturers For dietary fiber, oligosaccharides, etc. 

Raw materials sales : 10-20%; other raw materials sales for supplement manufacturers

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

・ Sales experience of food ingredients and food additives 

・ English If you are not good enough in business English skills, if you are willing to study in the future (with English training assistance) 

・ Health food If you have sales experience, knowledge and skills of raw materials in the supplement field

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

4 to 7 million (320,000 to 500,000 per month) 

(This is a model salary. Consideration is required after considering previous job, experience, and skills.) 

・ 86% of the annual salary presented 12 months as a fixed payment , Paid as a monthly salary.　

・ 14% of the annual salary presented The bonus will be paid in March of the following year as a performance-related bonus. (Linked to the department’s performance and personal evaluation) 

and overtime allowance (7.5 hours per day x hours exceeding the prescribed working days of each month)

扱っていただく商材は、健康食品・サプリメント分野の材料や添加物などに力を入れていただきます。クライアントは、健康食品・サプリメントメーカーが主となります。海外から商材を調達し、国内のメーカーへ納めます。海外のサプライヤーとの信頼を深め、国内のクライアント様へ世界中から探した原料を販売します。

【具体的には】
・国内メーカーへ原料、用途、市場動向等を提案
・ニーズに応じて国内外のサプライヤーを開拓
・国内メーカーおよびサプライヤーと交渉
・原料の輸出入・販売
・見積もり・契約書の作成　など

既存の商材だけにこだわらず、国内外から最先端の芽を見つけ出し、メーカーの開発部門などへ提案していくことのできるのがこの仕事の醍醐味です。個人の裁量が大きく、新たな分野にチャレンジする意欲も歓迎します。

【担当サプライヤーについて】
（％は、担当業務イメージ）
・50～60％：ホーファーリサーチ社（スイス。製品 ピクノジェノール）
・20～30％；べネオ社（ベルギー。製品　食物繊維・オリゴ糖etc.）
・10～20％；その他、サプリメント原料の海外サプライヤー数社

【担当顧客について】
・30～40％；健康食品・サプリメントメーカー向けに、ピクノジェノールの営業
・20～30％：一般食品（乳業、製菓）メーカー向けに、食物繊維・オリゴ糖etc.原料の営業
・10～20％；その他、サプリメントメーカー向けの原料営業

【必須要件】
・食品原料、食品添加物の営業経験

・健康食品/サプリメント分野の原料の営業経験、知識・スキルをお持ちであれば尚可

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
400～700万（月額32万～50万）
（モデル給与額です。前職・経験・スキルを考慮の上、要検討。）

・提示年収の86％ 固定支給分として、12分割した金額を毎月、月給として支給。　
・提示年収の14％ 業績連動賞与として、翌年3月に支給。 （所属部門の業績・個人評価に連動）
・時間外手当（ 1日7.5時間×各月の所定勤務日数を超過した時間につき）
