-Salary: 214,000 to 290,000 JPY per month

-Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 or above) and English Native Level.
Description:
1. Application / examination / registration procedure for intellectual property protection by patent,utility mode, trademark, design law (including foreign application and PCT application).
2. Legal proceedings other than filing an opposition, trial for invalidation, infringement suit, etc.
3. Legal advice to intellectual property, including specified unfair competition and copyright, various investigations, appraisals, a second opinion.
