サービス企画

同社の既存事業を含むさまざまな分野の新規サービスの企画、立ち上げから運営まで行っていただきます。

【具体的な業務】
1.新規サービスを含む、自社プロダクトのサービス企画・運営
2.プロダクトのプリセールス※活動
3.仕入れ、代理店や開発パートナーとのパートナーシップ構築活動
※担当するプロダクト（サービスやアプリケーション）は状況やスキルマッチ度などに応じて決定いたします。

※プリセールス：システム構築やソフトウェア製品を販売・導入する際に、営業担当に同行し、ITの技術的な知識を用いて、営業担当をサポートする職業のこと。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：350万～900万円（賞与込）
想定月給：26万～65万円
※経験・入社後の役割に応じて、最終決定します。
※マネージャー以上は管理監督責任者となります。
※マネージャー未満は、上記の金額の中に40時間分のみなし残業代が含まれます。

昇減給：年1～2回（個人評価に応じて支給）、賞与年2回（7月・1月 ※会社、個人業績に応じて支給）、交通費支給（上限3万円／月）

Job Description

You will be responsible for planning, launching and managing new services in various fields including the company’s existing business.

2. Product pre-sales  activities 

3. Purchasing, partnership building activities with distributors and development partners

* Pre-sales: A profession that accompanies sales representatives and uses IT technical knowledge to support sales representatives when building systems or selling software products.

* IoT: Abbreviation for Internet of Things (Internet of Things). A system in which various things that were not connected are connected to servers and cloud services through a network and exchange information with each other.

Hiring requirements

Those who satisfy all of the following : 

1. Web service and application planning or development / operation experience 

2. Market research, test marketing, brand planning business planning experience 

3. Programming, DB (database), infrastructure, etc. Basic knowledge of IT

1. Basic knowledge of UI / UX design 

2. Experience of developing web services and applications 

3. Planning experience of AI / IoT related services 

4. Knowledge of technology trends related to AI / IoT 

5. Project manager Experience 

6. Team management experience 

7. Practical experience in a startup company (regardless of job type)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– Estimated annual salary: 3.5 million to 9 million yen (including bonuses) 

– Estimated monthly salary: 260,000 to 650,000 yen 

* Final decision based on experience and role after joining the company. 

* Managers and above will be responsible for administrative supervision. 

* For those under manager, the above amount includes only overtime for 40 hours. 

Salary increase / decrease: 1-2 times a year (paid according to personal evaluation), bonus twice (July / January), paid according to company and personal performance), transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen / month)
