Site construction management (civil engineering)

Job Description

As a civil engineering management manager, you will be involved in social capital maintenance and maintenance projects such as stations, water and sewage systems, roads, bridges, and parks, which are the foundation of town development.

【未経験可】現場施工管理（土木工事)

土木施工管理担当として、まちづくりの基礎となる駅や上下水道、道路、橋、公園などの社会資本の整備事業・維持管理事業に携わっていただきます。

【業務内容】
(1)施工計画書の作成
(2)プロジェクト全体の実施予算書作成、損益・工事資金管理
(3)施工管理(工事進捗・出来形管理、各工手担当協力会社への発注・管理調整、図面チェック、施工図作成、測量、各種データ分析他、あらゆる事態に臨機応変に対応する。)
(4)安全衛生、労務管理並びに記録の保管など

・土木施工経験者(経験期間1年以上)

※20代前半の方は現場がわかる方であれば歓迎致します。

・土木施工管理技士(1級、2級)

想定年収：318万〜570万円
※経験・能力を考慮し、同社規定により決定します
