【ポジション】スタジオ運営/管理同社の物流拠点である楽天フルフィルメントセンター内のスタジオ現場運営・管理業務全般を担います。
＜楽天フルフィルメントセンターについて＞
楽天市場に出店しているアパレルセレクトEコマース「Rakuten BRAND AVENUE」※の商品ページの作成に伴う業務を担っています。
ささげと呼称されるスタジオ業務（採寸、撮影、原稿）の他、その周辺業務の管理・運営が主な業務です。

多数の人気アパレルブランドにて取り扱いのあるアパレル・雑貨商品や、メンズ・レディース・キッズ・生活雑貨など幅広い商品を取り扱っています。
【具体的な業務】
1. 各作業工程の管理（準備・採寸・撮影・キャプション・片付け）
2. パート社員・派遣社員スタッフ・フリーランスへの作業指示・教育・人員配置の調整・シフト管理など
3. 業務改善（スタジオのキャパシティー拡大・生産性の向上・品質向上・労働環境の改善など）
4. スタジオ業務と関わる他事業部および社外との連絡・交渉対応

Job Description
Responsible for all studio operations and management within Rakuten Fulfillment Center, the company’s logistics base.
[About Rakuten Fulfillment Center]
I am responsible for the creation of a product page for the apparel select e-commerce “Rakuten BRAND AVENUE” * that is open in the Rakuten market.
In addition to the studio work (measurement, shooting, manuscripts) called Sasage, the main work is the management and operation of the peripheral work.
