In the collection of various information for consulting proposals and project delivery, there are a wide variety of tasks such as interviews, information organization, problem extraction, proposal of effective measures for problem solving, and formulation of execution plans. 

By providing these consulting services, we will contribute to customers by solving management issues and improving corporate productivity. 

[Specific examples are as follows]

 * All the current tasks are visualized through interviews with on-site personnel, with the theme of improving the productivity in Shizuoka Prefecture and the productivity of major auto parts manufacturers, and identifying issues and planning measures. Supports planning of execution plans based on measurement results such as cost reduction effects when each measure is applied. 

・Visualization and patterning of business with the theme of productivity improvement by major logistics RPA. Also, based on the issues that emerged from the interviews, we made policy proposals and supported the implementation plan that the organization should implement. 

・Support company-wide BPR promotion and RPA introduction system centered on car dealer RPA.

Hiring requirements

[Experience] 

-Those who have experience in system development projects at SIer * Development field is not required. 

· Requirements defined in the IT-related companies, planning and outline design – Development of migration, those who have experience of such operation after support
