Job Description
◆ The number of companies introduced in the industry You will be responsible for the customer support work of the “Mail Dealer” team, the overwhelming No. 1 mail sharing system. Company’s customer success will mainly handle inquiries from existing corporate customers. Basically, telephone and e-mail are mainly used, but customers may visit customers (about once every two weeks).
The number of cases in charge per day is about 10 to 15, and the KPI is the setting completion rate and the number of cancellations.
