【配属部署】
現場管理、製造管理、人事管理を約１０名で管理業務を行っています。

会社のシステム化に向けた開発業者との交渉、システム導入後のメンテナンスやバージョンアップ等の運用・保守等のシステム関連業務の一切

現在弊社の生産体制は生産量や納期などを大方予測できるものの
属人的な部分が多く、見える化できていない部分もあるためIT導入により
生産体制の再構築・社内リソースの最適化を計りたいと考えています。

【事業内容】
ステンレス鋼の金属表面処理を行っている会社です。
当社の研磨技術が加工変質のない、鏡面状で且つ薄く緻密な酸化被膜の清浄な表面に仕上げ、次世代ULSI対応のガス供給システムの高純度ガス輸送の実現に貢献しております。


【募集背景】
社内のIT導入を検討しており、責任者を募集しております。
今後は事務・現場作業の自動化・システム化に向け、IT知識に長けた方を募集いたします。
また弊社初の試みになるので、知識だけでなく能動的に提案いただける方が望ましいと考えております。

製造系の企業で生産体制のIT導入を行ったご経験がある方

Job Description

rebuild the production system and optimize internal resources by introducing IT .
